Whole Lamb Order Form

Use this order form for Whole Lamb Orders only.  All meat is vacuum sealed and flash frozen at a USDA inspected facility.   It's November 2019 and we are taking orders for mid-November and Mid -December delivery of whole and half lambs and cuts.  We do not ship meat. We can make arrangements to meet you for pickup or deliver to your home or office at a convenient time for both of us. We do not charge for delivery of Whole Lamb Orders if they are within one hour of our farm or if we are delivering to several people in your area.  You may chose Home Delivery Group Coordinated and we will email you to coordinate your delivery with other customers of ours.  Click here for more delivery information.

 

Whole Lamb hanging weight is between 50 - 65 pounds on average.

Price for 2019: For Whole Lamb: $7.00/lb hanging weight, For Half Lamb: $8.00/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight is the weight of the meat prior to being cut and packaged.  Actual weight of meat delivered will depend on what selections you make for cuts with bone in or not.  You can receive the bones from these cuts by selecting the soup bones option.  If you wish to order 2 half lambs with different cut selections you will pay the reduced whole lamb price for both, rather than the half price.  Please be sure to fill out 2 separate order forms, 1 for each cut selection.

A deposit of $100 is required for a whole lamb.  Simply fill out the form below and hit submit to reserve a whole lamb cut the way you like it.  Then pay the deposit using Paypal or mail us a check to finalize your order.  We will contact you to verify your order & confirm pickup date/time.  

Option A - Variety Selection 

Legs: 2 boneless halves, 1 bone-in half, 2 to 4lbs of kebobs

Loin: 1 1/4" chops

Rib/Rack: 1 Rack, other side as 1 1/4" Rib Chops

Shoulders: 1 Boneless Shoulder Roast, other side as stew

Shanks: 2 Fore Shanks (large) and 2 Hind Shanks (small)

Trimming: Ground Lamb

Riblettes: Included

Option B - Bone-In Selection 

Legs: 4 Bone-in Halves

Loin: 1 1/4" chops

Rib/Rack: 1 1/4" Rib Chops

Shoulders: 3/4" Sliced Shoulder Chops

Shanks: 2 Fore Shanks (large) and 2 Hind Shanks (small)

Trimming: 50% Stew and 50% Ground Lamb

Riblettes: Included

Option C - Bone-Less Selection With Racks 

Legs: 4 Boneless Halves

Loin: 1 1/4" chops

Rib/Rack: 2 Racks of Lamb

Shoulders: 2 Boneless Shoulder Roast

Shanks: 2 Fore Shanks (large) and 2 Hind Shanks (small)

Trimming: 50% Stew and 50% Ground Lamb

Option D - Bone-Less Selection With Rib Chops 

Legs: 4 Bone-Less Halves

Loin: 1 1/4" chops

Rib/Rack: 1 1/4" Rib Chops
